I have 2 masks so this is needed. The elastic straps need to be longer for behind the head fit. The “deeper” face piece is great, has a great seal but without longer straps it squashed CT the face piece and gives me a headache. Looking for workarounds. Overall very useful to have spare parts.

I do NOT want to be without spare parts - just in case. I tend to mis-place or loose things. I guess I’m the only one. So just in case I have back-ups.. ANOTHER GREAT PRODUCT…

Came with larger face seal which was needed, I don’t know why the product does not already come with that spare part but ok. All pieces came in good time and good condition as well .

These masks have been fantastic. They seal well, are comfortable, the batteries last ober 4 hours, our glasses do not fog as they do with cloth masks and it iseasiwr to breathe with cooler air. Replacement parts availability is also a big plus.

Amazing mask, have several, and my entire family love them. The owner is a real gentleman, and personally takes care of any issues that may arise. Highly recommended. BTW the battery life from my experience is much greater than advertised. We have been on planes with them for 14 hours straight.

I had understood that the new deeper seal (gen 3) would be provided with this; but instead i received the second version (which I already had). But....wait for it...someone in the company (who had invested the time to check how many masks I’d purchased originally) had arranged in the interim to send me free samples of the seals i wanted!! That’s how good the customer service is and that’s why I’ll always recommend these guys to anyone looking for a quality product. Could I have avoided spending on the accesories if the comms were slightly better and i knew I’d receive a free upgrade? Yes. But again, this is a seller who has stood by his product from day one (previously sent me free gen 2 seals as well). In short, outstanding customer support. Buy from them without any doubts, the product is great, as is their after sales suppor!

Straps and filters fit fine, but the larger face "seal" keeps separating from the mask. I have all the points lined up correctly, but I don't feel and sort of "snap" or snugness to insure that it's attached. On a recent plane trip, I removed the mask mid flight to get a sip of water and the seal completely separated from the mask and I had to pull the whole thing off and re-fit the seal to the mask. Need a better method (or instructions) on installing a new seal to an old mask.

The large black silicone seal should be included in the mask in the first place.

The larger gel is not fitting properly on the mask, would have thought that would not have been the case. Might need you guys to send me the smaller gel.

These are just as comfortable as any regular mask I have worn, and the powered feature does not fog up my glasses. I like to pretend that I am Darth Vader as well.
