This mask is designed with many features. The fit is comfortable. The two speed fan allows normal breathing and your glasses do not fog up. The HEPA filter is clearly a high bar. The mechanics of the product to change the filter as well as charging the system is flawless.
Minor issue is the little silicone Ribbit like pieces surrounding the seal to the unit does tend to move from its position. You will need to check the seal and reposition the face seal occasionally to make sure the little rivet debits are installed properly.
I would believe this would be or could be the gold standard facemasks for everyone.

The filter is an essential part of what makes the mask great - you can see all the layers when you pick it apart and you know it's highly efficient, not just from the certifications but because sometimes it's not easy to breathe if you don't turn the mask fan on!

The original mask came with an extra filter, after I installed it, I then ordered more filters, I find that the filter does an outstanding job of filtration and to keep a good quality of air the filter has to be replaced on a regular basis and that is why I ordered more to be on hand when it is needed. I did learn a lesson that you do not want to run out of filters before ordering more. It is very essential to keep them on hand

I just came back from an appointment at Mayo people were asking me about the mask.
Regular cloth masks or N95 masks you just don’t feel like you are getting fresh cool air like you do with this mask.l have recommended to everyone I know..I have flown with it..gone to football games and to get my groceries..
Thankful to have the mask and the customer service is top notch as well..

I like it.
I like that I can breath better. I was hoping that I could wear eye protection without my glasses fogging up, But they still fog. One of the other annoying things is that the front cover comes off too easily. Sometimes I go to take it off, or knock it, and it will fall off.
Other than that, I like wearing it. The straps are easy and comfortable. The support team is very on the spot and ready answer your concerns. Let's hope that the fan and rechargeable battery have a long life. One of the reasons I wanted it was when I have to fly on a plane. I think it will be good for that.

We ordered two masks and one had a problem. Ultramasx was very responsive to our problem and gave us suggestions on how to remedy the problem. When that did not work they immediately shipped out a replacement mask that worked. Beside having a great product , Ultramasx has a responsive, efficient and effective customer service. Wonderful product for the times! And the filters are KN95 too I believe! Wearing it is literally a cool sensation on your face and you don’t get weird stale smell that you get with regular clothe masks you know, like when your breathe reverberates back in your nose? Yea... none of that. As I said.. very cool to wear along with comfortable and you get to look like “Bain” lol lots of compliments! Get one!

Masks are Fantastic (We have 5 of them), Charge lasts a long time. Exhaust filters protect others. I have traveled on Airplanes in the U.S. and no issues as long as you show that there is an exhaust filter (or cover with another mask to avoid any unnecessary hassles).
Customer service is great too. This company appreciates improvement ideas and acts on them.
I will continue to purchase products from Ultramasx.
